Refund policy

We want you to love your Solara Cooling Hat. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at Solaracoolinghat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
